Sell a Commercial Building

We are interested in purchasing commercial buildings in Strafford, Rockingham, and Hillsborough Counties, New Hampshire, that have yet to be marketed - in MLS or elsewhere. Ideally the building sits within a residential zone or is adjacent to residential zone, but at a minimum, the commercial building must be capable of being permitted for multi-unit housing without any zoning change and ideally does not have any tenants with more than 6 months left on a lease.
